Is this addendum legally binding?

The generated PDF is a document template only. It becomes a binding amendment to your tenancy contract once it is reviewed, agreed and signed by the landlord and tenant(s), in line with your original Ejari-registered contract. Al Firouz recommends having any addendum reviewed before signing.

Does this replace Ejari registration?

No. This tool creates a supporting addendum document for your existing tenancy contract. If the addendum changes rent, duration or other Ejari-registered details, you may also need to update your Ejari registration separately.

Is my information stored on your servers?

No. The form and PDF generation run entirely in your browser — nothing you type or sign here is uploaded to or stored on Al Firouz servers.
