Is the price estimate really free?
Yes. There is no fee and no obligation to list with us. If you later decide to rent out or sell through Al Firouz, our standard brokerage terms are explained before you sign anything.
Is this an official valuation report?
No. It is a broker’s market appraisal based on recent DLD-registered transactions and current listings. Banks and courts need a report from a RERA-certified valuer — we can point you to one if you need it.
Which areas do you cover?
We specialise in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) and Arjan, and can give estimates for most Dubai communities.
My unit is tenanted. Can I still get an estimate?
