Our RERA broker registration (ORN 25623) is displayed site-wide, including in the footer of every page. A trade licence number and VAT/TRN are not yet published on this website; we provide these on request and will add them here once confirmed.

This website lets you browse property listings, use free planning tools (mortgage, ROI, rent calculators and similar), and send us an enquiry by form or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry or requesting information is not a purchase and does not create a binding transaction — it simply connects you with one of our licensed agents.

We do not operate an online checkout on this website. The only priced service offered directly through the site is Ejari registration, where the price is shown upfront (currently AED 199, including the AED 172.50 DLD government fee) and the process is started via WhatsApp or email — you are never asked to pay through a card form on this site. Sale, rental and off-plan transactions are handled through separate signed agreements (tenancy contract, MOU, SPA, agency agreement) governed by their own terms and by DLD/RERA rules, not by this website.

Property listings on this site are compiled from information supplied by landlords, developers, owners, our agents, and partner portals (including PropertyFinder, Bayut and Dubizzle). Details such as price, availability, specifications, amenities, completion status and photographs can change after publication, sometimes without notice — a listed property may already be under offer or no longer available by the time you enquire.

Before relying on any listing detail for a decision, please verify current availability, pricing and specifications directly with your Al Firouz agent and, where relevant, with the landlord, developer or title records. This disclaimer explains where our information comes from — it does not remove our obligations as your licensed broker once you engage us for a transaction.

This website does not process card payments or operate an online checkout. Where a fee applies to a specific service — currently only Ejari registration, priced at AED 199 including the AED 172.50 DLD government fee — the amount and what it covers are shown on that service’s page before you proceed, and payment is arranged directly with our team, not through the website.

Brokerage commission on sales or rental transactions is not fixed or published on this site. As required by RERA, the applicable commission and any other charges are disclosed to you in writing before you become obligated to pay them, as part of your specific agreement with us.

Where a payment is made to a third party — a landlord, developer, DLD, DEWA or another government or utility body — that party’s own terms govern that portion of the payment, and Al Firouz is not able to vary or refund government fees on their behalf.

Enquiries and free tools — Browsing listings, using our calculators, or submitting an enquiry costs nothing and has nothing to refund.

Ejari and similar service fees — If you cancel before we submit your paperwork, the portion of the fee that covers our own handling can be refunded; the DLD government fee component cannot be refunded once it has been submitted to the Dubai Land Department, as that portion is passed directly to the government and is subject to their policy, not ours.

Brokerage commission — Any commission or professional fee for a sale or rental transaction is governed by the specific written agreement you sign with us for that transaction. Refund treatment, if any, is set out in that agreement rather than on this page.

Third-party payments — Amounts paid to a landlord, developer or another party (e.g. a security deposit or rent) are refunded according to that party’s terms and the relevant tenancy or sale contract, not by Al Firouz directly.

Enquiries — You can withdraw a property enquiry at any time by telling your agent or emailing us; there is no cost or obligation.

Viewings and appointments — Contact your agent by WhatsApp or phone to reschedule or cancel a viewing as early as you can, out of courtesy to the other party involved.

Ejari or other paid service requests — You may cancel before we submit your documents to DLD. Once a government submission has been made, it generally cannot be reversed or cancelled through us — see the Refund Policy above for how the fee is treated in that case.

Signed transactions — Cancelling an enquiry or a viewing does not cancel a legally binding contract you have signed (a tenancy contract, MOU, SPA or similar). Cancellation or termination of a signed agreement is governed by the terms of that specific agreement and applicable UAE law, not by this website.

We keep the cookies on this website to a minimum. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general traffic patterns); the analytics script loads only after you start interacting with the page, and stores an analytics cookie in your browser. We do not currently run advertising or social-media tracking pixels on the public website.

A separate authentication cookie is used only by Al Firouz staff to sign in to our internal admin system — it is not set for members of the public browsing the site.

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may slightly affect analytics but will not stop you from browsing listings, using our tools, or contacting us.

We reference third-party names such as PropertyFinder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Google, Meta and WhatsApp where we genuinely use their platforms to advertise listings or communicate with you. Mentioning these names does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor or officially partner with Al Firouz beyond the normal advertiser/user relationship of listing on their platforms.
