Agent Training

A free 14-day onboarding for new Al Firouz agents — short daily lessons, practice tasks checked by a mentor and a quiz each day, all inside our CRM.

How it works

1. Apply

Send the form below. Our team reviews every application and contacts you on WhatsApp.

2. Get approved

If you join us, a manager adds you as a trainee, assigns a mentor and sends your login.

3. Learn in the CRM

One day at a time: a short lesson, a practice task your mentor checks, and a quiz (80% to pass).

4. Sign-off

When all days are done, your manager reviews your work and approves your Al Firouz onboarding certificate.

Please note: this is Al Firouz in-house onboarding for people who join our team — it is not a public course and not a licence. To work as a broker in Dubai you need a broker card (BRN), which requires DREI certified training and the RERA exam. Lessons and tasks are only visible to approved trainees after login.

Questions

Who is the Al Firouz agent training for?

People who join the Al Firouz Real Estate team as new agents, with or without previous experience. It is our in-house onboarding, not a public course.

Is this a RERA or DREI certificate?

No. To work as a broker in Dubai you need a broker card (BRN), which requires Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI) certified training and the RERA exam. Until your card is issued you learn and shadow a licensed agent only.

Does the training cost anything?

No. The onboarding is free for everyone who joins Al Firouz.

How do I log in once I am a trainee?

Use the email and password your manager gives you at the trainee login. Your lessons, tasks, progress and certificate are all in the same account — you never need a second one.
